• Two rare Irish whiskies hand-selected and finished by Two Stacks and presented in a gift box with a Two Stacks-branded Glencairn Copita Nosing Glass
• The first selection is a 20-year-old Irish single malt (distilled in 2001) finished in a barrel that previously held Appleton Rum. Bottled at a cask strength of 56.58% ABV
• The 2001 Single Malt displays ripe peach and wildflower honey on the nose underscored by notes of Jamaican rum. Stone fruit, lemon peel, and toasted coconut blossom on the palate lingers on the finish.
• The second selection is a 12-year-old Irish single grain (distilled in 2009) finished in an ex-American rye cask. Bottled at a cask strength of 63.11% ABV
• The 2009 Single Grain presents mango, toffee, and green coffee bean on the nose. Sarsaparilla, lychee, and cream on the palate transition to a finish of cardamom and gingerbread.
