How do I create an account?
The most common way of creating an account is during the check-out process. Once you've added products to your cart and are ready to check out, you will be directed to create an account using your email address and password.
Can I purchase products without an account?
Yes, you can! You can purchase products as a guest, but we encourage you to create an account to get notified later on about any new products or specials we have.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do you accept Apple or Google Pay?
Yes, we do! We want to make your check-out process as convenient as possible.
Once I place an order, when will it be shipped out?
All orders are typically fulfilled within the first 48 hours and shipped right after.
How long until my order gets delivered?
Once the order is shipped, depending on UPS or Fedex it can take up to 7 business days for arrival. Please note that any shipping delays caused by the carrier are out of our control.
Can I return my order?
Your order may be eligible for a full refund if the bottle is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
