Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey - 750ml

Named for a stretch of rich farmland along the Kentucky River, Rock Hill Farms is a fine single barrel bourbon. The limestone waters of the Kentucky River that wind through Bluegrass country and alongside Buffalo Trace Distillery nourish the land and provide the distinct flavor to Rock Hill Farms.

Rock Hill Farms bourbon is a single barrel expression bottled at 100 proof without an age statement (rumored to be 8-10 years). Like Elmer T. Lee and Blanton's, this is made using Buffalo Trace's Mash Bill #2, the exact bill remains undisclosed by the distillery but rumored to includes corn, rye, and malted barley, with the rye grain content at about 12-15%.

Seductive aromatic notes of toasted walnut, dried red fruits, spice, cocoa and marshmallow. Flavors of dark chocolate, chocolate covered almond, coffee, tobacco and dark caramel. The finish is smooth, silky, toffee sweet and honeyed.
