The wine has moderate intensity with good balance and a pleasant sweetness and finishes with a hint of mineral. Served chilled (10°C/50°F), this wine is quite versatile - excellent as an aperitif or with a host of lighter fare. Produced exclusively from Riesling grapes grown in the Mosel region. Upon harvesting and pressing, followed by pre-clarification and the addition of cultured yeasts, the grape must undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation.
