Lunetta, (Little Moon in Italian) celebrates life's little pleasures. Lunetta Proseccois produced by Cavit, internationally recognised as Northern Italy's largest and most reliable source of quality wines, at the state-of-the-art Cavit sparkling wine facility just outside the regional capital of Trento. It is the largest facility in Italy dedicated to the production of world-class sparkling wine.
WINERY
The grapes were selected and vinified by the Italian Chartat method, with temperature-controlled fermentation of stainless steel and secondary fermentation in sealed tanks for 30 days. The wine is then bottled and released immediately.
COLOR
Soft straw with greenish reflections, fine bubbles and creamy white foam.
NOSE
Aromatic, with tempting aromas of apple and peach.
PALATE
Refreshing, dry and harmonious, with crisp fruit flavors and clean finish.
Pleasant as an aperitif or delight with appetizers, appetizers, sushi, shellfish and seafood.
