Ameri 2019 Mixed Red Blend - 750ml

The Ameri Organic Red Blend from Domaine Bousquet is a remarkable wine. Named after co-owner Labid al Ameri, this flagship wine is a Malbec-dominant blend. It also features Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot, adding complex dimensions that elevate it from “expected” to “exciting.” Only 500 cases are made, and they come from a single vineyard located at an impressive 4,125 feet—the highest point of the estate. These grapes are the last to be harvested, carefully hand-selected, and then undergo a long four-day cold maceration to extract their richness. After fermentation in oak with selected yeasts, followed by 20 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak for 16 months. The result?
