A rich, complex 100% Blue Agave añejo developed in partnership with Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at the Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery (NOM 1414). A blend of three distinct lots aged in both French and American oak, creating remarkable depth and layered complexity.
Aroma: Banana, vanilla, cooked agave, oak.
Palate: Caramel, caramel corn, vanilla, chalk, limestone, and a hint of vinegar.
Finish: Hints of smoke with unique complexity from three lots — distinct characteristics from both French and American oak.
