Noble Coyote Coyote Mezcal - 750ml

Noble Coyote Coyote is made with agave Coyote (in this case, a karwinskii) that takes 12 years to reach maturity. The cooked agave are milled by hand with mallets, and it’s double distilled in copper alembic stills. Notes include white pepper, marzipan, vanilla, wood and spice on the nose. Wood and spice notes continue on the palate, with leafy and wet stone notes, leading into a spicy, peppery, minerally finish.
