• Aroma: Complex spice, dark cherry, and mulberry characters.
• Palate: Juicy dark berries with subtle toasty oak and supple, smooth tannins.
• Winemaker Notes: Specially selected parcels of Shiraz were co-fermented on skins with Viognier for 5-7 days to stabilize the color, enhance aromas, and bring a lift to the bright raspberry and mulberry flavors. The wine was gently pressed and aged on French and American oak for 10 months, resulting in velvety integrated oak tannins.
