The 2017 Bodega Heredad de Baroja Crianza is a delightful Rioja DOCa wine from Spain. Crafted with 100% Tempranillo grapes, the clusters were hand-picked. After selection, the grapes were destemmed and crushed. The must fermented in tanks at 28°C for four days, followed by an additional four days for skin maceration, extracting structure and fruity complexity
