Italian sparkling wine lasica is produced using the charmat method (secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels). It is made from 80% Garganega and 20% Durella varieties (this variety comes from Veneto and is mainly used for sparkling wines due to its high acid content). Durella (20%) and Garganega (80%) grapes are crushed and pressed. The fermentation of the wine must last about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 14°C, the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave for 30 days, with the subsequent yeast refining for another 30 days. Finally, sparkling wine is aged in bottles for 2 months before being launched into the market. Delicious and balanced.

Brut Spumante "Lo Spudorato" by Buglioni is straw yellow with golden reflection. Delicate perlage with fine and durable grains. Citrus scent with notes of tropical flowers and fruits, and a creamy feel. Equipped with good acidity and pleasant softness.

The aroma is intense with aromas of tropical fruits and cream.

The flavor is well-balanced and spicy, with good structure and sufficient acidity.

It is an ideal aperitif, suitable for beginners, a first snack or grilled poultry and fish.
