Blending of the fruit creates layers of distinctive flavors of ripe pears & melons rarely found in Chardonnay. The grapes are cold soaked in Stainless Steel to extract all the flavors & fermented in 100% French Oak barrels to provide the perfect balance of fruit with a Creamy Vanilla finish!
